  • Don has been my personal trainer for about 8 months and I have been very happy with his efforts and my personal results. My travel schedule can get crazy and Don has always accommodated my ups and downs. He has continually tailored my workouts to a level to continue pushing while protecting my not so great knees. The lost weight (20 lbs) is great but the overall mental and physical health is really the reward. Mental health is better for all around me and all my vitals are so much better. I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking for a life change and a great coach and partner on that journey.

Most importantly, I started with him less than 3 months ago and I'm already in the best shape of my life. I'm down in the 170's for the first time in years and I feel incredible.   • Don Jole is definitely the BEST trainer in Nashville!


    Don is a great trainer! He has a great ability to read your body and will adjust the exercises accordingly so you do not become complacent. He motivates without being a drill sgt. He really is a joy to work out with and is a great guy! If you commit to eating as he advises, not only will you learn alot about your body, but you WILL see the results you want! I've trained with him for several years now and not only have I seen amazing results (going from size 16 pants to 4) but every single one of his clients have results! I HIGHLY recommend him!

  • After coming to the realization that I just wasn't motivating myself enough to go to the gym as much as I should and didn't know what exercises I should even be doing, I started looking for a trainer. I read reviews and did several google searches and found Don at Jole Fitness. He had great reviews and is reasonably priced. I figured I would give it a shot. After my first session I was hooked and after my first couple of sessions, I knew I wanted this to be a permanent lifestyle change.


    Don has a great personality- he is friendly and upbeat, which especially helps on those early mornings when it was so hard to get out of bed. He keeps you motivated and is encouraging while not pushing you or making you feel bad. He is attentive to my fitness goals and is also very knowledgeable about nutrition which is helpful in getting me to my ideal fitness level. He is also attentive to your concerns- if something hurts- he can tell you why and what to adjust, or how to stretch it, etc. Finally, he works to ensure that your workouts and nutrition fit into your lifestyle, whether that is flexible scheduling or adjusting recommendations to be realistic for you.


    As for results, I started noticing results quickly. I could feel the difference, and see it in the mirror and on the scale- which was great because I had felt like I had hit a plateau before coming to him. I continue to see results as I continue working with him. This was a great choice and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Don has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about prenatal workouts. He has adjusted my workouts week after week with the progression of my pregnancy. He continues to push me to do my best, but never pushes me too far. Because of Don’s experience and knowledge, I have felt completely safe and comfortable continuing my workout regiment. I know that when our baby boy is ready to make his debut, my body will be ready! Thank you, Don!!
